Nick First joined Marx Realty in March 2025 as a Controller. Nick joins the team as a seasoned accounting professional with a proven track record in both real estate and tax. Nick brings a solid foundation of three years of experience as an Accounting Manager at Related Companies, where he held primary responsibility for the financial oversight and compliance of 55 Hudson Yards. Prior to his tenure at Related, Nick cultivated five years of comprehensive tax accounting expertise, spanning both public accounting and in-house roles. His specialized focus encompassed high-net-worth individuals and complex real estate transactions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies of these sectors.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant since 2018 and received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the Elon University.
