Riveron, a business advisory firm, is relocating its New York City office to 10 Grand Central.

The Dallas-based firm will occupy 20,000 square feet spanning the entire fifth floor. The company is expected to move into its new space in the early fall.

Riveron previously occupied 7,000 square feet at 461 Fifth Ave. for seven years.

The new lease is for 10 years. Asking rent was $82 per square foot.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Trivelas and Dan Fisk represented Riveron on the deal. Marx Realty, the landlord, was represented by JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Carlee Palmer, Thomas Swartz and Nicole Danyi.

“We have seen interest in the spaces at 10 Grand Central skyrocket since repositioning the building in 2018,” Craig Deitelzweig, president and CEO of Marx Realty, said in a statement.

He singled out the recent completion of The Meeting Galleries, a 11,000-square-foot amenity that comprises four reservable spaces that are designed to accommodate board meetings, corporate retreats, company gatherings, product launches, team building activities and podcast productions.

The space includes a “next-generation” town hall-type meeting lounge with seating for 200 guests, a pre-function space, a podcast room and a theater room.

“It’s not surprising to see firms choosing options that give employees an inspiring and collaborative workplace that redefines a welcoming hospitality-like sensibility at the office,” Deitelzweig said

With this Riveron lease, 10 Grand Central is 93% leased.
