Troy McNamara

Troy McNamara joined Marx Realty as its General Counsel in 2026. Prior to joining Marx, Troy was Counsel in the Real Estate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP, where her practice encompassed a broad range of real estate matters, including advising on joint ventures, property acquisitions and dispositions, development projects and financing transactions. In recognition of her work, Troy was honored by GlobeSt. as one of its 2026 Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity & Finance and selected as one of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in America. She has also been named one of GlobeSt.’s 2025 Women of Influence (Rising Star category) and the 2024 Commercial Real Estate Aspiring Leaders.

Troy received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont and Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
