Anne Willaum provides support for the Cross County Shopping Center management team and is responsible for payroll and Human Resources coordination. Anne joined Marx Realty in January 2020 as an administrative assistant at Cross County Shopping Center where she is responsible for creating lease agreements for storage and specialty tenants, as well as preparing financial reports. Anne has over 25 years of experience within the advertising and retail real estate industries, having previously worked for Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Advertising, prior to joining the Cross County team in 2015. 

Anne has an Associate Degree from The Berkley School and is a notary public.
