Catherine joined Marx Realty in February 2022 as a Property Accountant. Catherine is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings, as well as lease administration for Cross County Center. Prior to joining Marx, Catherine worked at Kimco Realty Corporation for 14 years and Tishman Speyer for 3 years. Catherine brings her vast knowledge and experience in commercial real estate, property accounting, financial reporting and analysis to the Marx team.

Catherine received her MBA in Accounting from Baruch College in 2003.
