Madison Rademacher joined Marx Realty in October 2024 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting daily operations, tenant relations, and property oversight. Prior to joining Marx, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Collaborative Construction Management, where he led efforts in tracking subcontractor progress, organizing inspections, and managing security protocols across large-scale projects. He has held previous roles at Marcus & Millichap and Continuum Underwriters, bringing experience spanning real estate, construction management, and underwriting.

He graduated from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a degree in Real Estate.
