Frankie Kelly oversees multiple construction projects and manages the day to day operations and needs for multiple of New York properties. He works also closely with our accounts payable department and is responsible for processing invoices and getting our vendors paid in a timely manner. He joined the Marx Realty team in May of 2018 from UHY Advisors where he served as a Staff Accountant. 

Frankie is currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) International. He graduated from SUNY Oneonta, New York State University with a degree in Business Economics and a Communication Minor.
