Henry Henderson joined Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc. in February of 2015 as Vice President of Leasing. Henry has over 18 years of national, leasing experience. Henry started as a retail broker in 2002 working for Robert K. Futterman & Associates, before transitioning to the ownership side of real estate. Henry moved to Brookfield Properties as Director, Retail Leasing, overseeing the retail space in Brookfield’s office towers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. He worked on such high-profile projects as the redevelopment and re-tenanting of the World Financial Center, the iconic Grace Building and The Fig at 7th in Downtown L.A. Prior to joining Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc., Henry was Director of Urban Leasing at Acadia Realty Trust. Henry oversaw Acadia’s nationwide, urban portfolio, working on transactions in New York, Chicago, Washington D.C and Miami. Henry is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as the Real Estate Board of New York. Henry received his Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
