John Ruggiero

John Ruggiero joined Marx Realty in August 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting property operations, capital improvements & tenant relations across our national portfolio. Prior to joining Marx, John worked for Cushman and Wakefield as an Assistant Property Manager on their NYC Asset Services team.

John is currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Resource Economics and a minor in Real Estate.
