John Sano is responsible for the monthly accounting closing procedures for 10 Grand Central including processing accounts receivable and accounts payable and maintaining the general ledger. His responsibilities also includes tracking construction project costs for several other properties in our portfolio. Additionally, he provides analysis and review for our monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

John joined Marx Realty in August 2020 with 10 years experience in the accounting industry in both private and public accounting. Before joining Marx, he was a Property Accountant with RXR Realty.

John is a Certified Public Accountant since 2015 and received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland.
