Josiah Brock oversees property operations, capital improvements & tenant relations across our national portfolio. Josiah joins Marx from Brickman Associates, where he was responsible for overseeing a 1M SF portfolio located in Manhattan, Long Island City, and Brooklyn. Prior to Brickman, Josiah worked as a Property Manager for Monday Properties where he managed 230 Park Avenue & 386 Park Avenue South. He began his career working for Tishman Speyer as an Assistant Property Manager at Rockefeller Center & The Chrysler Building and then as the General Manager of Retail at Rockefeller Center.

Josiah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Performing Arts Management from the University of Hartford.
