Madina oversees property operations, capital improvements, and tenant relations at 10 Grand Central. With twenty years of experience in property management and hospitality, Madina previously was a Vice President of Property Management at Jones Lang Lasalle and then Cushman and Wakefield where she oversaw a diverse real estate portfolio of office, retail and institutional properties. Prior to that she was the Director of Residences overseeing all property management and operational departments for the Trump International Hotel & Tower.

Madina graduated from the European University in Barcelona, Spain, with an MBA in Hospitality Management.
