Mark joined the Marx team in November of 2019 and serves as Vice President of Leasing. He is responsible for leasing at the 1.2 million square foot Cross County Center. Prior to Marx, he served as Associate Director at Newmark representing a number of prominent landlords and developers including Brause Realty, Carmel Partners, GFP Real Estate, Muss Development, RPW Group, RXR Realty, SL Green Realty, and Triumph Hotels. Mark has completed lease transactions with a value in excess of $650 million.

Mark received a Master of Science degree in real estate from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts and business from Hofstra University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
