Miguel Vergara serves as an operations coordinator for the Cross County Center team and joined Marx Realty in January 2020. Miguel assists the operations manager in overseeing the facilities program at the 70 acre outdoor shopping center. He is responsible for supervising and scheduling 25 union staff employees and assists in implementing capital projects and with landscaping, snow removal and tenant construction. Additionally, Miguel oversees logistics for all special event set-ups at Cross County. He has over 15 years of experience in the facility and housekeeping industry, having previously worked in Manhattan at the World Trade Center Oculus, Twitter, Tumblr, State Farm and MLB offices.

Miguel attended the Fashion Institute of Technology with a Major in Computer Graphics.
