Stephanie joined Marx Realty in October 2023 as a Property Accountant. Stephanie is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings, as well as lease administration for 10 Grand Central . Prior to joining Marx, Stephanie worked at Group for 8 years and formerly Palladia Inc for 7 years. Stephanie brings her vast knowledge and experience in commercial real estate, property accounting, financial reporting and analysis to the Marx team.

Stephanie received her MBA in Accounting from Lehman College in 2008.
