Teladoc Health Signs Lease with Marx Realty at 10 Grand Central

Teladoc Health, a telemedicine and virtual healthcare company, has inked a long-term lease for 7,000 square feet of office space on the 16th floor of 10 Grand Central. The New York-based office tower underwent an extensive $48 million repositioning in 2019 which included modernizing its façade with marquee brass fins and oversized walnut doors as well as adding an indoor/outdoor lounge, café, conference space and outdoor area.
