Charlie Hakimi joined Marx Realty in February of 2023. As an Associate, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisition opportunities and asset management across the Marx portfolio.  Prior to joining Marx, Charlie worked at Avison Young, operating on the valuation & advisory team as an appraiser.

Charlie graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
